The Carcharodon IV is a semi-displacement, vee bottom vessel that has a 68′ 6″ overall length with a beam of 18′ 6″. Powered by twin Cummins Marine QSM11 (705 HP @ 2500 RPM) each. There are two 25 KW Northern Lights generators w/sound shields. Fuel capacity is 2000 gallons in 2 separate painted aluminum tanks (one 1240 gallon tanks and one 760 gallon tanks). Fresh water capacity is 380 gallons in two 190 gallon stainless steel tanks. The vessel is equipped with chilled water air conditioning, two freezer holds, and a complete compliment of off-shore tournament fishing equipment including a wall of tackle drawers and an articulating pole holder hidden away in the aft deck overhead area.  The pilothouse is raised and there is berthing for 10 people.  The electronics are state of the art for a vessel of this kind.  The general layout of the vessel is salon aft, observation forward and berthing accommodations below.  There is a head conveniently located on the aft deck and is accessable from the cockpit area.
