The 58′ x 19′ Research Vessel Jack Robertson was built for the Applied Physic’s Lab at the University of Washington. It is powered by a single John Deere 6125 (525 HP @2100 RPM) engine, keel cooled. There are two generators a 55 KW and a 20 KW. Fuel capacity is 1225 gallons in three separate aluminum tanks, two 500 gallon tanks and a 225 gallon day tank. One 500 gallon stainless steel tank provide fresh water and a 40 gallon fiberglass holding tank.
